Political experts warn that any fraud – born government with no legal base, will face with the anger of the people.

It happens while in few last days, some elders for residents of east, west and southern provinces of Afghanistan , launching broad based conventions and expressing their concerns toward widespread accomplished frauds in election August 20; suggested once again that their recorded complaints must be considered.

They decided that in case of considering not the frauds, by all means they will prevent from illegitimate president to reach in power.

Ahmad Behzad a member for the Parliament of the country who believes that the ruling government is forger and illegitimate says, “struggle against fraud or resistance against ruling government is not relied only to Presidential candidates but the robbery for votes of the nation will raise the anger of people; The people who are always ready to struggle against fraud.

According to Behzad, any fraud – born government has no legitimacy and it is location will be in opposition with the people of Afghanistan .

He also says that in accord with 36 th article to constitution of Afghanistan, the people of Afghanistan have rights for conventions and launching demonstrations; so the stance of government for preventing of the people from convention and demonstrations is directly in opposite with the 36 th article of our constitution.

Bahzad also mentioned that the beforehand threatens of government itself shows that the fraud in election had been really organized and widespread.

Wahid Muzhdah, a political expert of the country says, “according to the constitution of Afghanistan , the legal objection and peaceful demonstration have given to the people as a right and in a democratic organization its right of its people to express their objections in frame with the constitution of their country.”

He also said that no one and no governmental entity is able to stand against whatever is legitimately considered for the residents of the country, but the concerning point is the direction of the demonstrations to violence while the security organs do not be able to restrain them. He also said that the continuance of ongoing trend for outcome of election probably will generate a big problem.

Muzhdeh believes that the Americans are the jacks of all the trades in Afghanistan and giving an example of visits between US special envoy Rechard Holbroke with Afghan leaders like Hamid Karzai, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah and Atta Mohammad Noor concludes that although the United States and International Community try for peaceful end of this problematic issue but still it is not cleared that where these efforts will be directed?
